TW Consultants, LLC (TWC) is a Kentucky based private company and provides a range of services to the petrochemical, chemical, petroleum and municipal industries.

Services provided include Risk Management, Environmental Compliance, Expert Witness and chemical engineering services.

TWC has over 32 years of experience in industry both in North America and internationally.

Types of services provided in the EH&S arena are development and implementation of OSHA PSM rules for hazardous chemicals, EPA Risk Management Plans for Hazardous Chemicals, Form R and Tier 2 annual reporting, SPCC plan development or renewal, Coast Guard Risk Assessment Plan development and audit and vulnerability assessments for municipalities.

Expert witness services have been provided primarily in the transportation, storage and processing of flammable and toxic chemicals for both industrial and residential cases.

Chemical Engineering services include lean manufacturing, specifically cycle time reduction, process engineering including scale up and licensed professional engineering services.
